Q) What happens if your Prepaid Membership is expired?
Prepaid Members will receive a notification from Eastern Rivaj on their registered e-mail address.
Q) Prepaid Members has to renew the package to continue Prepaid Membership benefits and discounts.
Prepaid Members can upgrade package any time.
Q) Prepaid Members cannot downgrade the existing package. Downgrading is acceptable after the expiry of the existing package.
On renewal, Prepaid Member has to pay the actual amount of the package. Balance amount would be adjustable after the full payment of the package.
Q) Where can I check my balance remaining?
Prepaid Members will be able to see all the details through their Prepaid Member account.

What if you do not want to continue your Prepaid Membership?
Q) In case, if Prepaid Member is not willing to continue Prepaid Membership, a Prepaid Member can buy products of the balance amount. There will be no refund of the amount paid.
Prepaid Member will be eligible to get the same discount enjoyed during Prepaid Membership on the balance amount.
