Prepaid Membership Benefits
- There is no monthly minimum and maximum order requirements for our Prepaid Members.
- Our Prepaid Membership allows our Prepaid Members to get discounts on every order as per their selected Prepaid Membership package.
- As Prepaid Members, there will be no payment hassle on every purchase.
- Prepaid Membership will allow our valued members to download images to display on their websites and Social Media pages.
- Our Eastern Rivaj Prepaid Members can buy products of the amount paid.
- Our Prepaid Membership payment would be on carryforward basis. There will be no refund of the amount paid. Prepaid Members can only use that credit for purchasing.
- Prepaid Members are free to arrange their own shipping and pick up as per their convenience.
- On request, shipping arrangements can be done. (Additional shipping charges per kg would be applicable, including taxes and duties upon arrival at Prepaid Members’ destination).
- Bulk orders of Jewelry items will take at least 15 to 20 days.
- Membership Payment can be done by using our online payment option or through Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit.

PREPAID MEMBERSHIP FAQs
Q) What happens if your Prepaid Membership is expired?
Prepaid Members will receive a notification from Eastern Rivaj on their registered e-mail address.
Q) Prepaid Members has to renew the package to continue Prepaid Membership benefits and discounts.
Prepaid Members can upgrade package any time.
Q) Prepaid Members cannot downgrade the existing package. Downgrading is acceptable after the expiry of the existing package.
On renewal, Prepaid Member has to pay the actual amount of the package. Balance amount would be adjustable after the full payment of the package.
Q) Where can I check my balance remaining?
Prepaid Members will be able to see all the details through their Prepaid Member account.

What if you do not want to continue your Prepaid Membership?
Q) In case, if Prepaid Member is not willing to continue Prepaid Membership, a Prepaid Member can buy products of the balance amount. There will be no refund of the amount paid.
Prepaid Member will be eligible to get the same discount enjoyed during Prepaid Membership on the balance amount.
